Jerry is a great example of a multi-species fisherman. Somewhere between panfish and billfish, he found his passion fishing muskies in West Central Minnesota where he now resides with his wife Jen. He is the owner and operator of Headshaker Guide Service.
His efforts have paid off with an average catch of 43 inches and at least 25 muskies surpassing the 50 inch marker each of the last 5 seasons. In 2007 Jerry and his clients had a record season, catching and releasing 41 fish over 50 inches.
Jerry was also the Vice President of the late Esox Angler magazine and has appeared in Redfin Outdoors LLC DVD's the likes of Big Blades Big Muskies and the critically acclaimed Go Fish. During the off-season, he spends his time promoting at sportshows, and doing seminars for various shows and musky clubs.
As a member of the Fargo - Moorhead chapter of Muskies inc. Jerry led his division for several years before deciding to concentrate less on his own personal numbers and put his effort into other people catching their trophy.
He maintains a steady repeat clientele, but still makes time for new clients and friends. From beginner to expert, everyone can benefit from jumping in the boat with Jerry.
